At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

For a few hours a day you can spend some quality time together with your teen at the gym. All guardians are responsible for their teens while working out in the gym.

The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts. Bring a camera or phone and join our selfie game! Take a selfie with different objects and collect as many points as you can.

Come and get your face painted in fantastic colors. Do you want to look like a pretty flower, a cool Spiderman or maybe a dangerous lion?

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts.

It’s time to get those cozy clothes on and crawl up in the sofa! Bring a big smile and join us for an evening filled with cozy activities and pizza.  During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children.

Come join our Pool Party! We do lots of funny games in the pool, lisen to music and eat pizza together. It’s the perfect way to hang out, meet new friends, and make awesome memories. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the teens for the whole duration.
