At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

This class is a natural dynamic form of yoga, extra adapted to create muscular balance in the body. With the breathing in focus, this class will develop your ability to listen within the body and mind, while you exercise movement, strength and balance. Show up 5 min before class starts.
